Gaby Gassner

Gaby makes bead woven jewellery.  She combines various bead weaving and macramé knotting techniques in her jewellery by using different knots, weaves and hand stitching Swarovski crystals or semi-precious stones onto pieces of jewellery.  While making it is important to keep tension of the cord or thread the same throughout. Consistency is everything to give the piece a regular and harmonious appearance.  All jewellery is meticulously made by hand in her East Finchley home studio.

Gaby's favourite materials are Swarovski crystals and pearls, semi-precious stones and exotic wooden beads across different collections.  The result she is looking for in a piece of jewellery is something which has feminine flair with a burst of colour.
